Great room, shame about the breakfast!

This is an excellently located bed and ‘breakfast’. My room was stylishly decorated and clean. Francesco (reception) was friendly and helpful. This wasn’t a cheap B&B (£120 per night) but compared to other hotels in the area was reasonably priced. The only negative was the extremely meagre (see picture) breakfast. A little more selection would have helped. Overall, a good place to stay for a night or two!

The place is great, nice room, parking just next to it, good area. Great breakfast and coffee in the room. I loved the bathroom and the large windows. Two minor problems easy to solve: 2 mattresses for a double bed, they need to be tied together. Also there must be a mattress protection below the sheet and the sheet needs to have corners to avoid slipping, which happens if you move in your sleep. Will be back for sure

An excellent small boutique B&B in the centre of Milan. Friendly and efficient. Clean and well fitted out with quality bathrooms and bedding. A nice breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt and a warm croissant. Highly recommended.

I’m disappointed with this place. After reading the reviews, I was hoping for it to be better than it was. The room was a little shabby and unclean in places (see pics). The double bed was also two singles pushed together which isn’t ideal. Toiletries didn’t get refreshed even though we were there for 3 days. It’s also hard to ask for new when the reception isn’t 24 hours and you’re out most of the day. The shower went from hot to cold and we really struggled with this, and the pressure was all over the place. The toilet also didn’t flush right and would keep running. The hairdryer had also seen better days and the back was completely missing. However, The location is great. At first you wonder what on Earth you’ve booked, however when you get inside you’re immediately reassured. Wouldn’t stay here again personally. Quite a lot of basics wrong with it.

My partner and I arrived in Milan early in the morning after 24 hours in transit. Although it was hours before check-in, the staff at the hotel allowed us to stow our luggage and even offered us the use of their staff bathroom to change and freshen up before heading out to explore the city. They also provided us with advice about sim cards and where the best places were to buy and activate them. The room was just as advertised. Clean, spacious enough for a couple, and modern decor. Sound proofing ensured that the noise from the street below was blocked out. Similarly, blackout blinds also assisted in creating a dark space to sleep. Many restaurants nearby however we were travelling around each day so never ate at any of them. The breakfasts provided were also just enough and couldn't have asked for more. Delivered to our door at a time of our choosing. The only thing that I could fault this hotel on was that the safe ran out of batteries and we were unable to use it. The staff did offer us the key to take out with us for the day but in case of loss we declined this offer. Highly recommend.
